Porgies, also called scup or sea bream, are a plentiful and sustainable in the Northwest Atlantic and is a by-product of fishing for conch. Popular with fishermen, but often unpopular with cooks because of the bones, we offer fillets with all bones removed for easy preparation. Expect a tender and lean whitefish fillet, similar to snapper.
