The Piggery is a farmer owned and run butcher shop specializing in pork from their heritage breed pig farm in Trumansburg, NY. They also carry pork, beef, chicken, dairy, and produce from other farms local to the Ithaca, NY area. Because The Piggery needs plenty of pork while still wanting to give the pigs lots of space to roam, they've partnered up with other local producers that also pasture-raise their animals and stay away from antibiotics, hormones, confinement facilities, and GMO feed. A small-scale operation themselves, The Piggery is honored to be able to support these small farms so they can raise their herds in a sustainable and humane way.
