Everything is grown with care from seed to harvest on their 35 acres of fields and greenhouses in Amherst, MA, right in the heart of the fertile Pioneer Valley. Owned and operated by its founders, Danya Teitelbaum and Matt Biskup, Queen's Greens employs a small team of dedicated farmers committed to growing flavorful, beautiful vegetables. They are best known for our gourmet baby greens, including Gemstone Salad Greens, Kaleidoscope Lettuce Mix, Baby Kale, Baby Arugula, Baby Spinach and Frost Sweetened Winter Spinach. In addition, Queen's Greens grows a wide variety of culinary herbs, heirloom tomatoes and root vegetables. They farm with responsible and safe growing practices that nourish their land and community.
