Cooking Instructions: For 4 cups of popcorn: In a 2 quart saucepan, heat 2 tbsp of oil until it shimmers. Add kernels in an even layer, cover, and remove pot from heat for 30 seconds. Then return to heat and shake occasionally until popping starts. Crack open lid and remove from heat when popping slows to 2-3 seconds.
