Cubanelle Peppers

Also known as Cuban peppers or Italian frying peppers, these peppers are famed for their stuffability. While they are by and large considered a sweet pepper, unlike a bell pepper, these can occasionally pack a wee bit of heat. Use to add flavor to a mire poix, stuff with meat and rice, or blister in olive oil and eat as is.

Store peppers whole in the fridge in either a breathable plastic or paper bag for up to three weeks.
