With a delicious, healthy base like these chicken breasts, the flavor possibilities are endless. The skin has been removed which lightens the caloric and fat load, and they have already been de-boned, so you can easily transform these breasts right out of the package-no cleaning necessary.

Grill with BBQ sauce; bread and bake into chicken parmigiana; butterfly, pound flat, and stuff with asparagus or ham and swiss; slice into thin strips, marinate in buttermilk, then batter and fry or bake for homemade chicken fingers; cut into chunks for a protein rich addition to a veggie stir fry or strips for fajitas.

These happier birds forage better, aren't competing for resources, and are truly free-range, not just allowed a small outdoor pen. Once you try their chicken, you will immediately be able to tell the difference between well-cared for, well-nourished chickens and commercially farmed animals.
