Queen's Greens harvests soil-grown greens throughout the winter in Massachusetts. They grow salad greens, spinach, and other leafy greens in tunnels heated only by sunlight.
All of their produce is GMO-free and grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or fertilizers. They are grown in natural and healthy soils giving the greens a complex flavor profile, a great texture, a very high nutritional content, and a unique terroir.
Queen's Greens practices regenerative techniques, including extensive cover cropping, to increase the vitality of our living soil.
