    Nounós Creamery was born from a craving for authenticity. Founders Steven Ioannou and his godfather, John Belesis, grew up with the rich, tangy yogurt of Greece and were frustrated by the thin, overly processed “Greek-style” yogurts found in the U.S. Their search for the real thing brought them back to traditional Yiaourti Sakoulas, a slow method of straining yogurt through cloth bags using only time and gravity.

    Since 2013, Nounós has been making yogurt the old-world way. Crafted with A2 milk, non-GMO ingredients, and no thickeners or preservatives, each jar is naturally rich in protein, live cultures, and BB-12 probiotics that support gut health. The result is yogurt that is both deeply enjoyable and nourishing.

    Nounós also prioritizes integrity and sustainability. Their yogurts are packaged in reusable glass jars instead of single-use plastics, helping reduce microplastics while offering a product that’s better for people and the planet.
