Immi Eats was founded by Kevin Lee and Kevin Chanthasiriphan, childhood friends with a passion for food and health. Kevin Lee, with a background in finance and tech was inspired to create healthier meal options due to his personal struggles with weight and nutrition. Kevin Chanthasiriphan, armed with a degree in molecular and cell biology from UC Berkeley, brought his scientific expertise and a familial culinary background to the venture, driven by his family's challenges with diabetes.

Together, Lee and Chanthasiriphan combine their complementary skills and personal experiences to revolutionize traditional Asian comfort foods. Their mission with Immi Eats is to offer nutritious, high-protein, and low-carb instant ramen that provides health-conscious consumers with delicious and convenient meal options.
