    Field Trip Snacks started in 2010 when three friends—Tom Donigan, Matt Levey, and Scott Fiesinger—began experimenting with jerky recipes in a New York apartment. Their concept was sparked during a ski trip in Vermont, where they discovered artisanal jerky and saw potential for a cleaner, more flavorful snack alternative.

    From those early recipe trials, Field Trip built a brand focused on snacks made without preservatives, MSG, corn syrup, or nitrates. Over time, the product line expanded beyond traditional beef jerky to include meat sticks, pork rinds, and other protein-rich options, all anchored in the same clean label philosophy.

    Field Trip positions itself as a snack brand for active, on-the-go consumers who want bold flavor without compromise. Its roots in outdoor and trail culture continue to shape its brand identity and flavor innovations.
