Aneto cooks their broth as you would at home. They use only the best ingredients–vegetables sourced from social cooperatives and meat from Animal Welfare-certified farms. That's why they don't need to use additives, concentrates, dehydrates, preservatives or flavorings. Each broth has a beautifully complex array of flavors as a result of Aneto’s unbelievably simple process: cover the ingredients with water, salt to taste, and simmer for 2-3 hours or more.
