Snow Leopard Melons have unusual variegated exterior, but for all their showy green on creamy white patterns, they are, simply, a delicious petite honeydew variety. The sweet, white flesh has a firmer texture than a regular green-flesh honeydew. Perfect to eat as is, but would be beautifully elevated in a melon salad with some mint, fruit skewers, eaten simply with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, or wrapped with prosciutto.
