Smaller, sweeter, and milder than their spherical counterparts, donut peaches are less fuzzy white peaches that are named for their squished shape that resembles a donut...it even has the white, cakey sweet interior! They are said to be more complex-tasting and flavorful, often described as possessing undertones of almond.
