ORIGIN Whole Milk is 100% A2 milk from pasture-raised Guernsey cows, a breed known for producing milk with exceptionally high butterfat content. Compared to conventional milk, it offers significantly higher levels of omega-3s, vitamins A, D, and K, calcium, and protein. ORIGIN preserves the milk’s natural richness by avoiding fat standardization, resulting in a milk fat range of 4.5–5.5%. It is low-heat VAT pasteurized to retain maximum flavor and nutrients and is never homogenized, leaving a beautiful cream top just as full-fat milk should.
